A native of Detroit, Michigan, Dave Wilson graduated from Western Michigan University and the University of Arkansas School of Law, Fayetteville, Arkansas where he served as Managing Editor of the Arkansas Law Review. Dave clerked for Arkansas Supreme Court Justice John A. Fogleman, and has practiced law in Arkansas for more than 40 years. Dave’s specialty areas of practice include Energy, Water, Public Utilities, Environmental Law, Oil and Gas (including fracking), and Regulatory Law.

 

Dave practices both in Arkansas and is a member of various professional and civic organizations including: American Bar Association, Federal Energy Bar Association, and the Arkansas Bar Association.

 

As founder and owner of the firm, Dave is responsible for all client relations and for complex litigation and complex contract preparation.
